I don't think your first suggestion would be possible. I believe the original icons are copyrighted.
For the arrows, I am thinking seriously on how to implement this in the application and also using enter to run an icon.
The question would be should I make the keyboard work only when the mouse is inside the IconSeeker (like the mouse wheel is working right now) or should I make it work all the time.
I find the first possibility to not be that great to have to move the mouse first before being able to use the keys.
The second possibility would cause problems though. If you are using another application, SliderDock would still respond to the keys.That would be quite problematic during a game because it would reduce the game to the task bar to give focus to SliderDock.
And for your last suggestion, it will be in the next release along with the possibility to change all the images(the icons background for example) and the shortcut to hide/show SliderDock.
